Our Sheet Metal Shop has some of the most advanced equipment available in the industry. The list features the Amada Peca 334, 56 station punch press controlled by a Fanuc P/6M controller. Two of the 56 stations have auto-indexing capabilities programmable to any angle. Programming is done by using Merry Mechanization Cad/Cam software with capabilities of importing your drawings from dwg (AutoCAD), dxf or iges files. Three Amada RG 50 CNC Multiple Axis Gauging press brakes are used to support this equipment. The shop has the capability to supply prototype as well as production quantities and specializes in precision cabinetry work. |
