Our state of the art CNC Milling Department includes 7 milling centers. Two which are equipped with high speed automatic pallet changers. Each machine is full 3-axis simultaneously controlled with spindle speeds up to 15,000 RPM, 30 tool capabilities and rigid tapping. The CNC Lathe Department includes a Mori-Seiki SL-1A along with A ZL-15S with 4-axis control, 2 spindle/turret configuration with the capability of machining both ends of a individual part simultaneously. This exceptional ability saves considerable costs per part because less machine time is needed to complete each task. All part programs are uploaded and downloaded to each machine via a Network DNC System. Programming is done using the newest version of Teksoft CAD/CAM Software and has the capabilities of importing your drawings from dwg (AutoCAD), dxf or iges drawing files. |
